As the Visual Merchandising Intern at Stoney Clover Lane, I spearheaded the design, budgeting, and project management of window displays and promotional events for all six brick-and-mortar locations, ensuring consistent visual cohesion and strong brand representation across each store. To support consistent brand execution, I developed detailed training documentation for both Visual Merchandising and retail teams. I also designed fixtures and signage for store operations, product displays, and special events, enhancing the overall visual appeal and optimizing the customer experience.
